The room was spacious. it featured a comfortable bed. The courtyard created a peaceful spot to relax. This was something I appreciated. The staff were kind AND helpful.
I found the key card system troublesome. there WAS no coffee machine in the room. The shower tiles were cracked.

the hotel is near the t2 tram providing direct access to the airport this made transportation simple for me the hotel is located in a quiet area enhancing the relaxing atmosphere the staff responded quickly via whatsapp to any questions i had the reception team organized tickets for museums and galleries saving me time
the key card system was a bit troublesome and it took me a few tries each time to get it to work i would have liked a coffee machine in the room for convenience

The building's design really stood out to me, it blends historical elements with modern touches. i loved the interior design details in the common areas. They were very chic and inviting.
the location was a bit further from the main attractions than i expected, it required a 20-minute walk. sound insulation in the rooms wasn't great, i could hear noise from other rooms nearby.

the room had a big bathroom with a very handy layout. a big, soft bed was great, i slept soundly each night. the hotel is not right in the center and this means quieter walks without big crowds.
the bar music was a little loud, it was hard to talk with friends.
